Method
We use the Delphi method. This method aims at reaching consensus in an expert panel and consists of a 3 round survey. In the first round participants are asked to answer 3 open ended questions. The researcher analyses and categorises the answers. Thus, a number of statements are formed. These statements have to be valued by the participants on a 5 point scale in the second round. Statistics will show range and mean of all the values. The participants will receive their own values and the total group values. In the third round participants are asked to review their values in the light of the groups opinion. Again, all the items must be valued and a statistical analyses after this third round will again show range and mean. During this procedure consensus regarding the statements will or will not be reached.
